Summary: Serial beta-HCG determinations are necessary in order to monitor patients with NMTT. Dosage of this marker allow to detect patients with NMTT after a period of observation not less than 4-5 months.Transvaginal Ultrasonography rapresents an useful instrument to select patients for chemotherapy and to optimized timing of treatment.
